Each Session will be taken and run by an experienced woman Coach with a background in competitive Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting & Cross-fit.
The Gym will be perfect for anyone lacking in self confidence or does not want to train in a commercial gym environment.
Being able to train in this private environment will allow you to gain confidence & privacy as you embark on a new or existing fitness journey with us.
