Why my Passion Began

Hannah has been involved in sport from a very young age and has always had an interest in sports injuries as she is fully aware of how important it is to maintain peak performance and improved recovery through physical therapy treatments.

Personal Sporting Titles & Medals

Hannah’s main sport has been Equestrian (Mounted Games) which she has competed at both National & International level. She has represented Wales on several occasions, receiving the title “welsh rider of the year”, was British Champions with her team in 2003 & 2004, and has been World Pairs champions in 2002 & 2004. She also gained a Bronze medal in the world individual championships in 2002 & 2003 in her category. Hannah has also represented Wales & her County Neath Port Talbot in Cross Country Running & Hockey.

Qualifications & Therapies

A Graduate at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) in Sports Science (2008) BSc(hons) and a Graduate with SPS in UWIC with a Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy (L4 – 2009) and gained her  Sports Therapy qualifications in 2012 (AHG Group – Manchester).

Hannah also has a qualifications in

  • Injury diagnosis & Assessment
  • Sports Massage & soft tissue techniques including myofascial release
  • Gait Analysis & fitting Custom Orthotics with Phits & RS Scan
  • Electrotherapy
  • Medical Acupuncture
  • Personal Training &  fitness instructing /exercise therapy & rehabilitation
  • Pitch side Sports Trauma management
  • kinesiology strapping & taping of injuries/injury prevention.

Hannah is also qualified in a range of Holistic Therapies with diplomas in

  • Thai Foot Massage,
  • Indian Head Massage,
  • Hot Stone therapy
  • Warm Bamboo Massage
  • Soft Cupping
  • Baby Massage
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage
  • L4 (degree level) complimentary therapies in Cancer Care.

About Me – My Passions & Interests.

I’m passionate about all things Health & Wellbeing which led me to creating & establishing Bronleigh House in 2018. I absolutely love my job, being able to help and make people feel good is something I truly care about. I have been fortunate to travel the world both personally and professionally. I love travelling and exploring different cultures. I Live on a farm and love being amongst Nature, the mountains or the seaside. Huge animal lover – a fur mama to a very Naughty Frenchie a lovable Blue Staffie and a Goat known as Olive.  Recently a first time Mum to a Beautiful Little Boy (2021).
