We have an Experienced & passionate team of Healthcare Practitioners, Holistic, Beauty, Aesthetics and Alternative Therapists to support you on your wellbeing journey, however you choose to do so. In house there is a Coffee Shop & Cafe ‘Rupert's CoffeeCo.' and a beautiful outdoor space, making it a place where you can linger for longer.
We also have a beautiful sensory studio which hosts a range of regular classes in Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork, sound healing, deep relaxation & meditation, as well as a hosting a range of workshops and seminars. We have also created a lovely parent and baby community offering regular sensory Baby & development classes, Breastfeeding clinics, Midwife led Pregnancy Yoga; & Mum & baby workshops.
