— Pregnancy Pain —
During pregnancy it isn’t uncommon to suffer with pain and discomfort. Whilst this is a natural process where your body changes for a growing baby, you can suffer with conditions such as SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction). This isn’t harmful to your baby but can cause pain and discomfort for mum to be.
If you feel you are experiencing pain or discomfort it may be advisable to contact our Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist. They can help to diagnose and provide therapy and an exercise plan to help manage the condition during pregnancy.
