Generally our classes are based on a monthly theme.
Meditation Classes will be mixture of basic meditation techniques, Breathing exercises and Relaxation. No prior experience necessary.
Our classes will be small and intimate allowing you to have the space to feel at ease and relaxed.
We like to run our classes at the end of the week, allowing you to maximise the benefits of relaxation at the end of a busy week, ready to unwind into the weekend – our updated Live timetables can be found on our App.
Our meditation classes are run by one of our experienced British wheel of Yoga Accredited Instructors
