I have always been passionate about Natural Heath and how amazing and capable the body can be in healing itself.

Before my journey began to become a Reflexologist I managed a Health shop for many years where I learnt the importance of good Nutrition and taking care of  your Wellbeing.

 I studied Foot reflexology at Afan College 22 years ago. Ten years ago I studied Facial Reflexology”The Lone Sorensen System” in London. 

Other Therapy qualifications I gained followed, Reiki, E.F.T ( Emotional Freedom Technique ), Holistic Facial Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage,

 I’ve also qualified and undertaken specialist Reflexology courses on Reflexology for Conception  & Reflexology during Maternity, Spinal Reflexology and Digestive Reflexology.
